Trade Single Window - What's New - Promotional Activities for Trade Single Window Phase 3

Trade Single Window Phase 3 will be rolled out in three batches, with the first batch of services will be launched in mid-2026. This will replace the existing “Road Cargo System” for the trade to submit electronic advance cargo information (road) and conduct bundling. Trade Single Window Phase 3 will also introduce Value-Added Service Provider (VASP) to offer services such as document submission and payment on behalf of the trade. In this regard, the Office of Trade Single Window Operation of the Customs and Excise Department will host a series of seminars, during which the latest developments of the Trade Single Window will be introduced.
